Christian Excellence

Interesting, are we doing everything in a way that is excellent?

In the sect of Christianity I grew up in, and am currently on my way out of, there is a predominant attitude that excellence is not important in the church. There are the occasional exceptions to this rule, but by and large this is the way it is. Cutting corners is usually considered a bad thing in business, especially when it weakens the quality or presentation of the product.
