US Home Price Decline Accelerates

This could be significant but it is also not that surprising. The market could not sustain the double digit growth rates. When houses are going up so much faster than inflation something has to give. So while I see this as disturbing, I am not of the opinion the sky is falling. We have all seen these market corrections before:
