Chuck Smith: A Pastor's Perspective

Richard Abanes has a new article up on Chuck Smith. It is my belief that Calvary Chapel has had a very positive influence on the Church today. With that being said, there are a few issues that is a cause for concern:

This article is not intended as a criticism of all Calvary Chapels, all CC pastors,
and certainly not all attenders Calvary Chapels. The main purpose of my article is to simply present the views of Pastor Chuck Smith on Rick Warren, based on his own words and actions. I harbor no animosity toward Chuck Smith and greatly admire all that he has done for God in in many years of ministry. Similarly, I admire the Calvary Chapel system of churches, which has contributed significantly to spreading the Gospel and reaching out to the poor, sick, and destitute. Read More.
